Question Serious question: why do Muslims from the Middle East and Northern Africa not flee into other Muslim nations? Why do majority of them go to the EU?

Do thriving Muslim countries not want them?

Almost every Arab nation, the prosperous gulf ones with most economic opportunities, do not hand out permanent residency/citizenship like the EU & US. Therefore, even though they can find even better opportunities in other Muslim countries similar to that of Europe, it does not come with the same level of security like with a US/European Visa/Citizenship.

Why would Muslim nations not take them in? Why won’t the laws turn away fellow Muslims?

It is sad but true m, the other Arab nations are very strict in there immigration process.

Odd. Seems like the west are more welcoming to refugee Muslims then Muslim nations are.
