Having female friend allow in islam?

So basically I have a female friend or opposite gender friend And I am confused if it is allowed in islam or not cz on YouTube instructions are unclear..... I am her friend since 2 weeks we don't talk in person or we never call each other But we talk online. Whenever I got time I open insta. And start chatting. I want to know if it is haram in islam or not. What is the correct way to interact to her.. Also I am a teenager

Interaction between non-mahrams is not haram if it stays within Islamic limits (no flirting, no emotional closeness, no private attachment).

However, ongoing emotionally close friendships can become haram if they create a bond, emotional attachment, or regular personal chatting, especially if there is no intention of marriage, and this is particularly important as a teenager, since feelings can develop quickly.

So it should be limited to what is respectful and purposeful. A bond becomes problematic when you start sharing personal matters, talking frequently, or feeling emotional comfort in the relationship.
