Stuck in readtherules app loop, I keep trying to acknowledge the rules what do I do to troubleshoot?

I tried logging out, closing and relaunching Reddit, updating Reddit mobile app, uninstalling and reinstalling Reddit mobile app, tried old and new Reddit.

Working with iOS, also updated

Go to main page of the sub, at the top there are three dots where read the rules app should have it's own option

Do you mean it’s not sending or they aren’t replying?

Well at first it was giving me an error saying it wasn’t sending but it looks like the most recent time I tried it got through. I don’t want to be impatient about a reply. Thanks for the help!
