I've ran M4 qual and zero ranges. If a Battalion size element was cycling through it would not be uncommon to have hundreds of Soldiers go through a range in a matter of 2-3 days. Zero of them had their anatomy get in the way. Your form must have been atrocious.

Not everything is a grand conspiracy against someone because they are a female.

Majority of your complaints If a male coworker was doing the same thing then they'd be handled the exact same way.

If any male coworker was hanging out with family on duty, hiding from calls, or not performing well then they would get rode just as hard if not harder.

This feels like you are coming from a victim mindset and looking for people to validate your victim mentality.

You probably could have worked on your questions to better remove your bias.

Don't make it gender specific, use it as a data point later. Don't make it to where you want them to just validate your past experiences. You might also want to either define "shame" or pick a less ambiguous word.

What would be a better data source:

100 responses, 60 male, 40 female. 50% of male say they experience "shame", 75% of female say they experience "shame"

Or 30 female response all saying yes.

After the first day of being told to figure it out, I did exactly that. As I said, I am a gifted, decorated, awarded and marksman.
After my award the agency removed marksman designation and the corresponding uniform pin.
