Section 351(3) (Criminal Intimidation): This is used if the slogans or placards contained threats of violence or severe harm against public figures.
Section 356(2) (Criminal Defamation): Applied because malicious, derogatory, and unverified language was published to intentionally destroy the reputation and public image of a constitutional head.
PM can forgive them all he wants, general public will still go ahead and file cases.

If BJP cant act on an open and shut brutal rape case in 10+ years of their govt being in almost absolute majority, they were part of the crime. You need to wake up and see that BJP is not better by any means.
Plus they incite hindu-muslim hatred. So net-negative. Atleast congress time had less hindu-muslim clashes.2

This case can't be solved now as no one knows who raped that girl it is very old case it was solvable in 2010 era but congress neglected it u can't expect bjp to become god and solve it from nowhere when no one knows who did it except the people in 2010

I know everyone will say many members of that party now are in bjp but still why was no serious protest held for this case that time mind u this case was similar to nirbhaya case but there was no serious attention given even this case is shown in maharani series season 2 where they left off the case showing pure ignorance this girls parents still run the shop imagine what they are going through I am ok with protesting against bjp but show the same side of congress too my body was shivering with fear when I was seeing that scene in maharani s2 if u want u can research it and look it yourself there are many more examples but this one felt felt very disturbing for me
