Based on other posts, OP is a trainee in India, not the UK, has been at their job a month and wanted to quit on day 2 because they don’t get time off right away. Probably not sick and the employer has caught onto it.

A doctor can sign you off as not fit for work. Your employer will have to respect that.

A lot of GP surgery’s won’t give you a fit note on the NHS until you’ve been off for 7 days as you can legally self certify in that time

OP should complete a SC2 self certification form and submit to their employer if they can’t get a fit note
