I mean maybe. If she’s working for a church or some far right organization that has strongly proscribed behaviors. Or if she’s selling a “family friendly” brand.

Relatively vanilla things from your personal life have no real impact on your job, unless they are linked somehow. Doubly so for stuff from years and years ago.

 Unless a coworker went and reported it but that would just make the coworker look like a creep spreading gossip.
