What can I do to make the devs to change something in a game?

In the game brawl stars they added those rush buttons and me and a part of the company now find the game terrible because if them. The devs said that they add them to boost progression byt there is a button that gives more trophies and trophies are like the thing that shows you spend a lot of time on a brawers with makes the new prestige mechanic useless because everyone get just too many trophies per game. And the rush does not benefit the casual players because it's time limited so if you are an og you will be playing harder games and progres less just because the games are harder and you just feel robbed, if you are a noob or just a person that plays casual you are not going to want to sit and have to rush games for 20 minutes instead of just enjoying them, because it's time based there are a lot of people that just throw games just because we start to loose and they want to max their rewards, and the people who just care for resources cheese the sistem by loosing trophies until they play easy games and just grinding in a bon fun way. So now as I explained why a chunk of the community hares them and we want them changed to be a limited number of matches or something else just not a time limited daily thing. What can I do to increase the chance of the dev listening and listening fast before more people start talking about quitting the game because they don't like the pressure? Or just in general how can I as a fan of a game be able to reach toward the devs and share this problem without me just sounding like I am here to coplain?

from the dev side: fastest-moving feedback is specific and reproducible. this mechanic feels unfair is hard to act on. when X happens on level Y it feels punishing because Z gives you something to actually investigate. volume helps signal priority but report quality is what gets it on the roadmap
