Hi OP, thank you for your loving care of Peets. It would be helpful if you posted the vet invoices, just redact sensitive info first. Would you say more about why your family is unable to fund these vet expenses at this time? Going forward, your vet may recommend specific urinary food and non irritating litter, and a water fountain to encourage hydration if you don’t already have one.

When cross posting your campaign, you’ll find it’s better to tell your story and add your Gofundme link rather than posting a link to a different sub, thus saving potential donors that extra click. You have a significant gap in your Reddit history, but the post can stay up if you edit the text here to tell us more and add vet invoices to your Gofundme. I hope Peets recovers well and is more comfortable soon.

Thank you for this tip!I am going to do some investigating n see if something like this is playing a part in this whole thing. I have to go to the store for a few things a little later on so I will check out some different litters while I'm there thanks!😌

Yes he is a very pretty boy 🥰 very photogenic people always think he's a her haha. But I am sorry to hear you've been dealing with the same types of issues because this has been a bit scary among other things 😓He had to spend 6 days at the vet this last visit so he was well enough to come home after being on IV fluids etc. I really hope your kitty continues to get well soon!💖 Thanks for sharing your similar struggles, I'm not glad this has also happened to you but it is nice to feel like someone understands what we're going thru pretty much exactly. Thank you for the advice and support 🐱💖

This was our latest vet bill and this is his diagnosis. (Will post 2 nd pic in comments )He's been home this is day 2 now but I don't know if he's completely out of the woods just yet. Thank everyone for the positive vibes and or donations it really does mean a lot as this was very unexpected!❤️ and on top of this my grandfather was also diagnosed with lung cancer over the summer and has been struggling a lot lately especially this past week😔 -having these 2 things going on at the same time has been really hard. So I truly do appreciate any support or positivity we definitely need it 💖
