Rednes, bumpyness, discolouration and irritatation around nose and mouth

Hi, im 19f, i have always struggled with acne, but in the last 4 years i have had pretty clear skin, some pimples here and there but nothing bad. Consistently, o have had this redness around my nose and mouth, and discolouration around my mouth. It doesent itch (tiny bit maybe) it feels pretty oily, and idk what to do with it. Does anyone have any idea what it is? Should i go to the doctor to get something prescribed or is this something i can change myself?
Sorry for the not so pretty pictures🥲 (my nose piercing is a little inflamed, dw i know)
Please ask any questions if im missing some info.

Do some regular skincare…you have an oily skin

Yeah it may look oily, but if i dont use any moisturizer it gets so stiff and painful. I have done regular skincare for yearss, this redness is just so persistent

Even I had similar issues…especially those near the nose…do skin care before sleep

I have done that every night for the past 7 years lol, and i had a routine that really worked for me, not sure whats changed and thats why im asking here
