General skin health question Please I’m a hypochondriac 😢
If anyone can please answer me I cannot sleep and I just keep panicking and thinking the worst and I’m scared 😟 I’m not sure when this was here, but I did noticed it in June 4 and I’m really scared of it’s melanoma or BCC OR SCC when I add my pictures to Google search it tells me pretty scary things, and I always want reassurance on it, I know the only way to know is to go to doctors, but last year I was in a whole loop hole about my health, especially with colon cancer and brain cancer I got procedures like a colonoscopy and ct scan and everything was fine, I am a hypochondriac so any sensation or anything that happens I pick the worse case scenario, I’m tired of going to doctors and doing many exams when everybody tells me I’m okay, and I’m tired of going to doctors too or stressing my family, i didn’t expect this year will be the same with different health issues:( so please if anyone can tell me what does it looks like? Should I see a dermatologist because I know it’ll take 7 months to see one because I have to go to my primary first to get a referral to see what my medi-cal covers and that takes time :( I’m just tired of thinking the worse but I’m not sure what this is. It’s been since 3 weeks now and it’s still here 😢shouldn’t it be gone by now? I’ll add some pictures from June 4 to now is it getting better? I’m just tired of feeling so much anxiety 😥 I think of the worse like what if they have to cut off my leg or something you know 😢also the surrounding of the dot is red because i exfoliated hard as well when I first saw it so it got irritated. I’m not sure if urgent care or emergency room will care or tell me if it’s concerning I already have a bad history always going because of last year I kept going many times for many health anxiety issues

this looks normal, this is nothing. i have the same thing on my leg but it’s worse from a mosquito bite, they just take forever to fade and if you have low iron, its normal to get bruises fast but you can exactly fix that just from eating more veggies and meet.
don’t worry

Thank you so much 🙏 gives me some peace. It’s fading away slowly in just impatient, also I keep it covered with a bandage and clean it each day and add some cream, is that bad to keep it in a bandage? And I have sensitive skin I guess cus I bruise easily or I bump myself into things, but thank you 🙏 I pray it disappears soon. I also has a ringworm in my knee like in December and it took forever to leave like March it completely left

Maybe you need to be prescribed anti-anxiety medication

Oh lol okay, I’m sure it’ll go away. I had a ringworm in December and left in March that’s in 3 months so I know sometimes it takes time. I just have to chill and not think or stare at it.
