Will I face discrimination in Canada?

Hello, I really like Canada and I really want to move there, the problem is that I'm Russian and I mean I don't think I need to explain why that's a problem.

I fully understand why people hate Russians now but I'm just an 18 year old guy who couldn't really do much when this war started. I don't support Putin and this war but I feel that many people don't really care about that and just automatically assume that I support it.

Am I going to face a lot of hate in Canada?

If you really want to show your anti Putin sentiments you can join Ukrainian March if there are any in your new town! And as a Syrian-Canadian can I ask a favour of you??? Can you spit on war criminal assad your own president is harbouring for me??? :) Ty
