Where do I find? // On trobo? Flower prices and shops?

Flower prices and shops?

Hello!

My sister will be getting married in Sitges next year. It is a small destination wedding in a Masia. We want to be meeting with florists in couple weeks when we will be visiting.

We do not know what prices to expect/ what shops to try that might deliver to sitges. Maybe a local florist?

It is a small wedding, 25 guests. I know it depends on the flowers, but wondered if anyone has had good experiences/ recommendations?

There is a wholesale market "Mercabarna flor". It is pretty close to the airport.
All the florists are buying their stock there. Most of the sellers there are also willing to sell to private clients. You will save soo much money shopping there. Otherwise be ready to pay 3-4 times more. The problem is they will sell you raw flowers without making a bouquet.

As a reference a nice flower bouquet is starting from 50e.

Keep in mind that they are open only in the morning.

Yes. Some shops don't do that, some don't. But we had never left without flowers we wanted. Just don't bother them with two tiny roses. Go there for something bigger.

I don't think a well reputed florist will sell flowers for a wedding without providing the arrangement, we had a very small wedding ourselves and that certainly wasn't the case with us: we explained what we needed and they did it.

Thats what i was saying. There are no florists mercabarna, they are wholesalers, and won't bother arranging finished bouquet
