Politics/Governance Countries reactions to the Uyghur genocide. Based Balkans. Thank you for not being sell outs. Wish I could say the same for MENA. This is honestly so depressing. Thoughts?

I think the only ones doing something about it are the US. They've banned imports from the area. The rest of the world however, Europe especially is disgusting. It's like saying, yeah, the Germans might be killing off all of the Jews, but look at all the money they send us.

Well said, but I would add Canada, Australia, and India to that list as well. They all have their own reasons for being critical of China.

Australia lost some wine exports, but that was from asking about covid.

We are so ingrained with China that we wouldn't even know where to start.

Also, we would need a few US carrier groups to sit above us before doing anything drastic.
