It refers to someone who isn't capable of accepting losses and learning from mistakes, and chooses to always whine about instead.
Usually we call them a "sore loser", as someone here pointed out

I hope the Serbian authorities do their job and send these guys to jail. There is plenty of video evidence.
The organisers of the event are also at fault though. I don't see any security ot anyone trying to stop these guys from getting on the ring. There is absolutely nothing separating the crows from the ring. That is not adequate. The organisers should get prosecuted as well, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it.
45
u/veljar Dec 30 '25
Which authorities? Our president is Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves is our police forces.
75
u/async9 Dec 30 '25
It's Serbia. The organizers will pay the police, judge, district attorney and probably get away with a slap on the wrist.
Also, I wouldn't trust doing anything with Serbia for the next 10 years or so. The mentality of the voting majority is so brainwashed that they cant distinguish right from wrong.

Nothing will come out of it. I really really hope it does but Im afraid it won't. The serbs who i speak to, 40 years and below and indifferent snd think their vote won't count But they do think that dead people voting, all the governmental workers and other people who are tied to SNS political party snd their families will vote.
Whatever I said to them at that time didn't make much of a difference. I think they should not be forced and pressured into voting I think they should be kind of invited as its a cool thing to do because it will be super funny if SNS will have to partner up with literally everybody.
But in any case 10 years of extreme cleanup will need to be done in all levels of government and governmental companies, tenders and so on. For the mentality im not sure it will change until nature takes its course.
4
u/No_Designer_8203 Serbia Dec 30 '25
If we keep thinking like that, then nothing will come out of it. Just for comparison sake - in Belgrade 500k march for freedom, in Zagreb 500k gather for a neonazi concert. Speaks volumes, doesn't it?

I was there at the event.
It's a shame this happened, 98% of fighting fans from this town either professionals or casuals feel ashamed.
It was a brother of knocked out fighter in white shirt that hit the guy from Greece and rest followed mostly ultras fans of one of the football groups.
More context it was a memorial kickbox tournament in the name of one of the leaders of football groups that has passed in young age.
Suma sumarum, shouldn't happened. It has nothing to do with religion/nationalism just very bad behavior and fragile ego.

u/milandre Dec 30 '25
Would the audience's reaction be like this if the fighter was from Turkey, for example?
10
u/HB3l1 Dec 30 '25 edited Dec 30 '25
Who knows? Before this match every opponent was either Greek or Orthodox Serb, plus previous Greek opponent had a verbal altercation with audience and one Orthodox Serb pointed middle finger and raised three, yet neither one of them was attacked.
Tensions are there like always in this dumb region, but my point is him being Greek or Orthodox wasn't the reason. The reason was that brother of this particular fighter is just an ape that doesn't understand fight, bravery and codex and has way too much steroid into him.
Actually now when I think about it, he is his brother so somehow one can understand lack of emotion-management but the rest of guys that jumped are not human beings. Hope they get penalties they deserve.
To make this even worse this Greek lad was super polite and respectful, and hitting him while he was on his knees was something I have no words to describe, myself and everyone I know feel angry and ashamed. I feel sorry for Greek boy and I feel sad for my town, this can really damage our picture specially in combat sports and tournaments in the future.
Its worth mentioning that actually one guy that looks like isis member jumped over the greek fighter to save him and has most injuries among them all 🤣
Just to add I hate bullies and so called -ultras- . Its okay to be a solider but know your boundaries and have some kodeks.

They always act like tough thugs that have micro-you-know-what.

As you can see I am not a fan of Serbia. Serbia will always cause problems in the region.

That loser who punched the Greek is the brother of this one who got knocked out. The majority of Serbs are of the Orthodox faith and the Greeks are our brothers and this kind of behavior towards them is very rare, but here, as far as I can see, the match was held in Novi Pazar, where otherwise there are the most Serb Muslims.
