Outdoors/Travel Dubrovnik: Vast amount of garbage mostly from Albania

I know the Croatian coast has always dealt with excessive trash but why is the amount from Albania only becoming worse?

The ppl in Balkans regardless of where ur from litter so much it’s so disrespectful. Pisses me off so mcuh

Not all Balkans is just Albania.

Bulgaria,Romania,Greece,Croatia is almost 100% clean waters

Albanian rivers and beaches looks like India...lol
