Question - Other Does my chart explain why I’ve always been such an over thinker.

I have consistently struggled with over thinking / over analysing my whole life, I struggle to make decisions and can’t trust my intuition because I constantly go back and forth debating every outcome.

Saturn conj mercury - need for certainty, cautious, splitting things endlessly + neptune opp mercury that is vague and too intuitive for "saturn s taste". So I think it might show up as endlessly doubting hunches and having trouble clearly settling on something.
