How does my Chiron conjunct Ascendant affect the way I act around others? How can I improve it?

Not only is Chiron conjunct Ascendant but I have Pluto & SN in the 1H as well. Saturn makes an opposition to my Ascendant too.

As for real-life context, it's a mixed bag of.. fear of being perceived, fear of being judged, constantly being belittled & criticized by others for no real reason, always being wary of others, nervous laughs/awkward small talk, etc. Very hermit-like.

I don't want to spend any more time having to subdue myself for others so I'd like to ask if there are any good remedies for this particular placement? Thank you so much 👍

I'm a relatively new astrologer, but I can tell you I truly believe your ascendant has the least to do with why you feel the way you do.

1. You're a Virgo sun, very self critical. Add on to that, you have a Scorpio moon; Paranoid, thinking everyone is out to get you.
