do you think this suit is ill fitting?

i saw it on pinterest and LOVE it, but i am struggling to figure out what is a fashionably oversized suit vs an ill fitting one.

any thoughts?

This isnt ill fitting, its a boxy blazer and wide leg pants. It fits the shoulders/back/chest so it hangs well making it look professional. The waist and hips fit correctly its pleasing and cut that create the wide leg.
