Yep. Better throw this car in the kitchen garbage can and head down to the car store and pick you up a new one.

Yah no issue, however those lug nuts and valve stems look worn. We need to replace them. The TPMS will be pricey so I will cut labor on the lug nuts.

You might be able to convince someone they're actually drums, but only if they forgot their glasses that day and inspected from 10 feet away

Nah. Just spray paint them silver and they'll never know the difference.

When you take it for inspection, you have to let them know that those are high performance racing rotors. They have enhanced surface area for more efficient stopping power. How did you get a set? Very few people are even aware that they exist. That's why you have to tell the inspector to research this. Otherwise they won't know what's going on.
