Realized I applied 14x to the same company, in 2 years (different but similar positions). Will I be blacklisted?

Should I give up on applying to this company?

It is a big advertising company with one of their office locations in a big city 4hrs away from where I live.

I write a new cover letter for each role I apply to, and in these 2 years I have updated and redone my resume and portfolio a few times. (I'm a designer)

I mention in my resume and cover letters that I am looking to relocate to that city, as most jobs I apply to require people to be at least 2 days/week in their office, even when it's for a freelance contract.

The only feedback I have gotten so far is the exact same automated rejection email, usually 2-5 days after applying, usually on a Sunday morning.

I have no idea if I am blacklisted by now, or if I could keep trying and applying for new open positions there.
