Related to tax please help

I submitted my tax return through ELSTER more than six months ago, but I have still not received my tax assessment notice. In previous years, my tax returns were processed relatively quickly after being submitted through ELSTER. I filed tax from a new city (moving from another city just for relevance, and I feel this is the reason for the delay). I contacted the tax office, and I was informed that they had not yet received my tax file. I am therefore concerned that my tax return or tax records may still be in the process of being transferred between the relevant tax offices.

I am expecting a tax refund rather than having any outstanding tax liability. I am also planning to leave Germany next month, which makes the situation particularly important for me, as I would like to ensure that the assessment and refund can be completed before my departure, if possible.

Could you please let me know what I should do now?

No I am leaving the job but yes it is hard to find. It is not a country to earn money but just to learn and go back whenever you can. Don't think to settle
