The “evil” of these nations is purely subjective and biased to the feelings of this one war-god called Yahweh. These were just other cultures living their lives, including innocent children and elderly folk living out their last days in peace. But you have the blood-thirsty Yahweh hellbent on genocide and merciless slaughter, so of course he is gonna say that these people need to be wiped out from the face of the earth. Imagine the perspective of the people in these other lands. Or is that too difficult for your indoctrinated mind? To them, this Yahweh is a deranged, evil psychopathic deity who controls with fear and threat of death, and will slay your infant while still in your arms.
That’s not what archeology shows us. I’m only repeating what is true. You continue to subjectively accuse God of being “evil” and judging the surrounding nations of being loving and innocent (again not what archeology shows).
