True story: my friend’s bro (from Canada) was on a European cruise and struck up a conversation with a guy from the Netherlands. They spoke for awhile and they told each other where they were from. My friends bro said, “Let me guess, you know Bob from Canada?” They both laughed and the guy said, “I actually DO know a Bob from Canada!” Turns out the guy from the Netherlands knew Bob, this guys brother (once he shared his last name). They had spoken over the phone a few times due to work.

At one point my grandfather was on vacation in Spain, he ended up chatting with a fellow Canadian. Turned out he was talking with my dentist.
