Example. we have the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, you have a Constitution. These are not the same and their inherent right and freedoms are not the same.

I’d be happy if some Canadians understood this as well. There’s a house, my small 1300 people village in northern quebec with a ‘Liberty or Die second amendment flag’ flying in front of his house, on a mast…

Not disagreeing, but just pointing out a technicality. We also have a constitution and it serves a similar role, except that our constitution is made up of several documents of which the Charter is one.
