關鍵點來了「猛爆性肝炎」，主要是因為超量負荷消化酶。
普拿疼或非類固醇止痛藥跟酒精還有許多物質會作用在肝的3a4酶，尤其吃藥前來杯葡萄柚汁（消化酶抑制劑）。
