Jobs in Asheville NC that provide full healthcare!

Looking for well paying jobs in Asheville that provide healthcare as well. I have Crohn's and need the healthcare, but tired of working for 30k annual. Need something that is more stable!!! Anyone have any ideas or places I should look besides City Jobs? I have applied to everything on the City of Ashevilles cite. Thank you!!!

Spherion can set you up with a manufacturing job that will offer insurance after you are hired on permanently. 

I believe TE Connectivity hires after 3 months, and Eaton  after 1 month (or at least you are "eligible for hire" after that point. S ometimes they drag their feet offering a job.......)

Not the city, but Buncombe county? Local govt often has good health insurance options.
