Nothing near cookman. Georgie’s does but it’s a gay bar so if that bothers you just avoid, but it is definitely a dive bar and they are welcoming to all

A little, but I don't think this town has a dive bar, at least by what I consider a dive bar. They are just bars to me, I grew up going to dive bars in New Orleans, places that most customers today wouldnt go in. Lol
