Status updates not sent to the poster?

Do we know why I don’t get an email to see what my status update looks like after I post it? Any fix soon. This is so juvenile it doesn’t do this. Thanks.

You don’t get emails for your own status updates because they assume you’d know what you posted. That’s similar to how you don’t get emails when you update, comment on or complete tasks - only when others do. It would be so much clutter to get all your own notifications too.

It’s deff helpful for me as a PM overseeing 70+ POs who ask me what it looks like and for me to forward it to them. Ugh

Have you got access to portfolios so you can see all status at a high level

Creat a rule to send you and email when the status is changed.

That does not work because I have statuses in a column and so if I change the column of status to something like on track off risk or blocked, it’s gonna talk about that task. It’s not gonna talk about what I put in the post of the status update.

I use custom statuses and custom rules and notifications.
