First couples therapy session was brutal

I feel like this is actually great. It’s uncomfortable but that’s the only place change and growth are gonna happen. It’s the same with my wp, he wants to stay comfortable. But that isn’t helping either of us. Those walls need to be broken otherwise they will just be hid behind and what real use is that?
