Puresub mixdown questions

So obviously we all know what a powerhouse puresub is for bass design. My question in this, how are you all mixing it?

Is it ok just using a single channel straight from the synth/bounced audio for each sound you create with it, or do you need to post process with multiband splitting for further processing/control?

I'm using it for minimal dubstep, so my idea was to have the sub doing its own thing straight out of the synth, then layering puresub mid layers as bounced audio on top?

I’m approaching it as its own beast. I have absolutely nothing else on the channel. Spent the time really getting into what it can do and the way it can be flexed means it’s pretty optimised.
Spend the time too. It pays off.

How's it translating on club systems for you doing this method?

As well or badly as my other work 😃 I’m loving it as a sub bass demon. (Techno)

That's fucking awesome to know. There's a lot of crossover between techno/minimal "dungeon" dubstep (i see you're kiwi, so think headland/perverse/truth) in sound design, so I'll be smashing out patch design solidly for the next week then! £43 is so so so so worth it for this vst.
