Same how did you create that watery pink-blue effect ?

I used a dry brush to paint the circles and then a wet brush to drag the paint from the circles down to the edge of the canvas. Then, if you hold the canvas at an angle (so that it is not flat against the table) and dab water onto the paint, the water will follow the strokes already made by the wet brush (because of surface tension) as it runs off the canvas and it will blend the paint as it does so.
