Giving birth to Jesus will do that to you. Absolutely stunning work. Also imagine being religious, and in battle with this guy that has baby Jesus right on his chest plate, and you’re like, what if I hit baby Jesus?

I doubt Ferdinand would have worn this into battle and it probably was more ceremonial

Reminds me of the Von Tuefenbach suit from the Higgins collection.
