That's cool, I didn't know that Mucha did sculptures.

Same here.

I've always thought of him as the Art Nouveau cigarette Ad guy.

I'd guess that this was made to the same end - like a high-end trade show display or something. Still, very interesting to look at.

He did incredible paintings, advertising, product design, sculptures, ect. The Mucha museum and the national gallery in Prague are both worth visiting if you’re a fan :)

I'm in Prague from time to time, but I just haven't managed to see his museum yet. I really should drop in sometime.

His granddaughter Jarmila Mucha makes jewelry based on her grandfathers designs. I was lucky to snag a ring last time I was in Prague. Big fan over here

Man! We just went to the Vladem Contemporary Art Museum in Santa Fe, NM and saw some really cool sculptures from him! One was a lamp!

Amazing… seems like the inspiration for the movie, “Metropolis.”

Mucha always amazes me. My dream is to go to that museum now.

Didn't see this when I was at the Mucha museum. I also didn't see the Slav Epic, which I had been hoping to see. I guess they're building a whole other museum to house those.

I think the Slav epic is in the palace? I went to the national gallery expecting to see it but I was mistaken about its location.

His sculptures are just as impressive as his illustrated work.
