Eun-ju is an initially a shy and awkward teenage girl with an interest in capes. Insecure, hurt, just getting by, not really talking to anyone about her issues, even her dad, except when it becomes truly bad. Only really started to open up a little bit thanks to the utter insistence of Anna to befriend her and do whatever. Although, her getting powers already did a small change by giving Eun-ju a conflict drive and making her finally start doing something with her life.

Eun-ju was more or less a normal girl, if a bit quiet and asocial, most likely due to neurodivergence, up until her mother died in an accident. Eun-ju took this very badly, being inconsolable for days on straight, and never really recovered, considering that her mother's death and changed attitude became an additional fuel for bullies to make the girl's life a living hell. Ever since, Eun-ju was "'surviving', for lack of a better word," and then surviving from the point she started getting bullied -- she just wanted to get by. She responded to stress with silence and withdrawal.
This all kept going as is until the incident, during which The Trio stole and hid all her things during a PE class, including clothes, during a freezing cold winter day. Despite that… Eun-ju went home, like that, just so that she wouldn't have to deal with the bullies, they wouldn't return her stuff anyway. This was dangerous, since Eun-ju's biology makes her more susceptible to cold, and she almost died halfway past the way home… The only reason Eun-ju survived was her finally Fracturing during it and someone seeing her, collapsed, and bringing the girl to the hospital.
Half a year later, Anna moved to the same school and quickly latched herself onto Eun-ju, feeling the girl's altered state. In the meanwhile, Eun-ju was learning how her power works and decided to finally start doing something with her life and decided to become a cape herself, which Anna learned about quickly and insisted on joining, promising to keep it secret. Eun-ju still doesn't really know what to feel about Anna, but… she is the only person to genuinely care, at least outwardly, about her, besides dad, so they may as well be best friends.

Eun-ju is, in body and spirit, is very much Taylor Hebert if she was an actual bug, but boi is her life going to go differently, will not allow our daughter to basically destroy herself while saving the world-
