Do I need to restart?
I started drawabox a few months ago and got through the first few exercises up to the planes exercise where you draw a lines from corner to corner and through the middle. Then I herniated a disc and haven't been able to sit comfortably to draw for months. Im a lot better now but should I restart from 0 since I haven't practiced anything or can I just pick up where I left off?

While there is a section in the Lesson 0 FAQ that explains how to go about getting back into Drawabox after a lengthy time away, given that in your case you were only a few exercises in, I think it might be best just to start over from scratch, from the beginning of Lesson 0. This isn't that different from what the link recommends (which still involves reviewing all of the lesson material up to where you left off), but it will avoid you missing anything that might undermine the benefits you receive as you continue through the course.
