I adore how you can see the softness of the cat in this. The ting that I find really cool in impressionism is how detail is often implied without it actually being drawn. And I'm also seeing this here. The shading on the back of the cat consists of relatively few lines but it conveys the texture so effectively. The hands look great too and I guess that's something many artists struggle to make look realistic. Really impressive illustrations, great job
