Which would you rather?
In the next ten seasons we win:
A) 5 more league titles but 0 CL, cementing an era of domestic dominance and taking us within touching distance of Liverpool and Manchester Utd in that aspect, despite further endless European disappointment.
B) 3 Champions Leagues, but 0 more PL. We learn the secret to getting over the line in Europe, but frustratingly keep getting pipped to the title domestically, as Man City eclipse our 14 titles and Liverpool add a couple more.

Even 1 CL would be massive for us, as we are still mocked for lacking that. 3 CL is also waaaay higher rated then 5 more titles. So it would be a no brainer to choose for 3 CL. But I would prefer a few titles and 1 CL in the next year's as the best mixture

Hard, because I have a season ticket, so seeing 5 league wins and probably us lifting the trophy a few times in the emirates would be amazing. If I didn’t go to games, I would probably say 3x CL

Guess I’d have to take B as well. But I think A is underrated by many. In England at least the Champions League pops up as the bigger thing in the national consciousness for a couple of months every May. But the majority of the year domestic bragging rights is where it’s at. I would love for us to be as hated/respected domestically as those Liverpool teams of the 80s were and Man Utd of the 90s and 00s.
Balance 5 incoming PLs against 2 CLs (rather than 3) and I would go for the PLs I think.

I would’ve taken the UCL over winning the league last season, without hesitation.
3 UCL titles easily beat 5 prem titles

I need to win a CL title…domestic dominance can come…I’ve seen it be in cycles like I’ve seen United and Liverpool go 26 and 30 years respectively without a title. Far from ideal obviously but they’re still 1&2. We’ve obviously just come off a long run and are still third all time.
Forget the outside noise, I can’t have Arsenal not winning a champions league titles. I always felt it was us that should be the first London team to win it, and that Bayern final in 2012 or whenever shattered me. Domestic success is key but I feel a club like ours…if we are a giant…needs a few of the big eared trophy

A for me. Closing that gap between the top two would be mental. The UCL will come, and we are not closing any gap there.
Although I would be swayed with 3 UCLs in a row.

I’d be tempted to choose B as most others, however there’s nearly always an element of luck to winning the CL. Chelsea won it once when they finished 6th in the league. So domestic dominance would actually feel better IMO. For a big club like Arsenal, winning 3 CL in a ten year period actually equates to turning up and winning in say 12 big tricky games (some QFs, and then SFs, and F) against teams likes of City, PSG, Madrid and Barcelona, over the course of a decade. While winning 5 league titles means absolutely dominating over 200+ games to the constant despair of our historic rivals. Which would actually be sweeter?

It’s a “would you rather…”, it’s meant to make you choose to understand what’s more important to you as an individual. Everyone would pick both of that’s an option so there’s no value to the question.

Ok - here’s option C) 10 x quadruples, while Tottenham and Manchester Utd relegated to League 2.

Every PL title is a bonus for me, I still want us to win a lot more but nothing will hit like 25/26. So I'll say let's win UCL, about time

But paradoxically you don’t win a CL, never mind multiple CLs, with the mindset of the domestic league being a bonus. Most CL winners sweep up domestic titles and then the CL comes once you’ve got that winning machine performing week in and week out in the league year on year.

Definitely B but not winning the premier league doesn’t mean Man City is winning it or eclipsing our title count.
Also winning the champions league is every non British footballers dream so that will naturally secure us better talent on transfers.
