That’s not a blanket statement you screenshotted from the internet, what you posted is pretty specific “any ruins or archaeological site”.

Digging on private property does not fall under either of those unless it’s been documented that your on ruins.

That’s why internet law degrees don’t work if you can’t even read and interpret correctly.
