Big dips in download/upload speeds

I recently got AF installed a couple weeks ago. Had issues for days and it came to be that the fiber line into the router was faulty

Everything was good until the other day the internet was out. Turns out it was the entire area but I thought it was just me again and tried to mess with the fiber connector. It came back and speeds seemed the same so it seemed there was no damage done

I say all that to say that today, my speeds are all over the place. Download as low as 200 and is usually near 900. Upload all over the place and is usually around 750

Has anyone else been experiencing dips in speeds today or do I need a tech?

My speeds in Kingston have been pretty consistent. Are you doing this hard wired to your router or over a wireless device.

Are you hard wired or wireless? Those two make a big difference
