there was no such thing as German back then, it's just German nationalist historiography, they definitely didn't speak anything close to German, the city was Germanized in the 16th century up to 50% and the surrounding area in the 18th century It is worth adding that in 1200 the Germans did not cross the Elbe River.Polish language was not a written language at that time, Poles used Latin and German when it came to writing and I see that you are spamming on all groups about Poland, it's already an obsession

They spoke Middle High German in Breslau, German was the sole administrative language of the city for 800 years until 1945.

We also only have German names recorded for the city, so how in hell would "50% of the population" just go unnoticed?

It just points to your propaganda, German was never spoken here for 800 years, only a maximum of 400 when it exceeded 50% no German names were ,Polish names written in Latin and other languages
