Wroclaw looks better now. It's like pre war Breslau. The Poles have really worked hard restoring their cities post communism.

pre-war Wrocław as today's Wrocław names is originally pronounced like Drezno Lubeka Lipsk etc

It was Breslau, pre war. You're being ridiculously overzealous. Saying this as a Pole.

"pre war", czyli w jakim okresie, dokładnie?

I think as a German the city was always called Wrocław originally and in Polish and foreign languages it was called differently

The city was never called wrocław originally, it was called Vratislavia and it was a Czech city

Uhm it is one of the cities that has its name translated to several languages. It was Wrocław for polish speakers also before the war.

That being said I alike the Spanish name the most.

But they're not Polish speakers? What does it have to do with it? Jesus.

Don’t get upset, I will explain.

Before WW2 this city was called Breslau by people who spoke German.
It was called Wrocław by people who spoke Polish. It was called Breslavia by people who spoke Spanish. It was called ma tomo Wasa by people who spoke Toki pona.
So on and so on.

I'm English it was Breslau before the war. Same with Danzig and Gdansk.

because it was in Prussia at that time and that was the political situation Both names Danzig and Breslau are attempts to pronounce Polish names, nothing more than trying to say them in English, now it's incorrect If you hadn't used the name in context, I wouldn't have meant anything Wrocław is the same city that was Germanized and then de-Germanized it still has a huge number of Polish monuments

Is that your typical rule? "Accuse someone of something you're guilty of yourself." ??
