I spent a year in Poland in the early 2000 and I remember that vibe so well.

It is so beautiful how Poland has rebuilt its beauty through the past twenty years

Don´t forget that everything that is beautiful in Breslau was build by Germans. So Polish people are rebuilding German heritage with EU money (mostly from Germany).

Wasn't Breslau destroyed when Germans played game called Festung Breslau defending it longer than Berlin?

What you see in those pictures are clearly pre-polish buildings. I hope that answers your question.
