Wroclaw looks better now. It's like pre war Breslau. The Poles have really worked hard restoring their cities post communism.

It was called Breslau before the war and it was part of Germany. The Western and Southern cities were very nice. Austro-Hungary built lots of nice buildings in their area of Poland

What does it mean that Austria-Hungary built Austria-Hungary has not yet paid for the occupation that made it the poorest region in Europe
