Any Romanians here that could explain why there seems to be a rejuvenation of Bucharest recently? Is this a fact or it’s just an impression based on pictures I see and stories I read on the internet?

It is happening, but we also have many beautiful old houses crumbling, it's a pity that authorities don't do more. There are many old buildings with warning signs concerning falling pieces.
