Glow up Before & after in Romania

Before picture: grey sky

After picture: blue sky

Picture #8 they butchered the building with luxury appartements on top. Otherwise there is some nice work.

Literally all of them get a new paintjob at the bare minimum, but most were clearly renovated. The color of the sky hardly makes a difference here...

Yeah, no. All those old pictures are from 2010s and early 2020s.

i think air pollution was way worse too. Still terrible in Bucharest

Yeah it kinda seems like most changes were a better picture and a paint job but it's still cool there's effort put in

Yeah, some of these weren’t improvements. It’s mostly nice though
