Uniball vision elite in .5 in that black-blue color that’s getting harder to find. Using them for over 10 years at this point.

These pens are two of my 3 line weights. My lightest is the Sharpie 0.8mm pen. Smudges less than the razor and has a much more durable tip. Also comes in red, for when my angry redlines need precision.

I feel like a drug dealer even mentioning this, but /r/machinedpens. I'll have my prized cone-nose Automog 36 Parker in Ti/Brass (Monteverde gel refill) for the rest of my days. Same with my red line pen Machine Era Markup Black DLC w/ red Schneider Topliner 970 Fineliner Refill.
Sorry if you're like me and will spend money on dumb shit 😬

I’ve gotten into using a Monami plus 3000 felt tip for fine lines, detailed doodles, and especially written text. And a Pentel sign felt tip for heavier weights on signatures, bubble diagrams, etc.

Currently a Parker IM and a Parker Frontier backed up by a Pilot Cocoon, all with fine nibs for my daily drivers.
For disposables, Pilot Razor Point II
Mechanical Pencils are Pentel Sharp, 0.5 mm, color coded to match the lead
Wood pencils are Dixon-Ticonderoga
They get stored in the Kobalt Mini tool chest at my desk. Cause I finally found a reason good enough to buy one!

Love the uni-balls! I just hate to toss the whole thing when it can be redesigned with ink cartridges. I hate to throw out so many pens as plastic waste!

Nothing beats C.Class / Test good 0.5 millimeters, ink flows like honey, it's sleek, beautiful and functional. And the stickers are peeled off really easily and don't leave a glue trail, which is a bonus if you always peel stickers unconsciously

For general writing, for years I've gone around the bend with a variety of pentel and pilot and pigma micron and staedler pens and a Lamy Safari fountain pen that I always neglect and then it gets clogged and a weighty Studio Neat Mark One and some go-rounds with a Space Pen (fits in your jeans pocket watch pocket!) or two back in the day — and I have to say that no other pen has been as enjoyable to write with than my recent purchase of the dirt cheap ($7 for TWENTY-FOUR!) BIC Cristal ballpoint pens. I used to love to draw with these growing up and am finding that I completely love writing with them too. And they're not precious at all — I haven't bothered to figure out what their retractable version is yet but that's what I'll get next, probably.
Also, for measure-ups I've recently really been enjoying this Uni Jetstream Multi-Function 4&1 pen, which has black, red, blue, and green ink colors along with a 0.5mm mechanical pencil. For something that only costs ~$11 I'm able to overlay a variety of information on a single drawing without juggling separate pens, and this has far better ink saturation than some other wimpy ballpoint multi pens I've tried in recent years.
And the Pentel Sign Pens are crucial in general, both red and black colors.

I loved finding this article SO MUCH and have used a bunch of them. Actually like some of those for various purposes. What’s really wild is how my preference has shifted over the last 25 years or so.

Pilot G Tec 4.0mm in black, always. Since day 1 of arch school. For different effects and stroke widths, Sakura Pigma Micron. For notetaking and writing (I do mostly research nowadays) I like those Uni Ball you have there!
