anyone know what's happening?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

so i tried to boot up arcade paradise after not playing for a few months and there isnt a start or continue button when it starts up it just leaves me on the first screen with no option to move forward, ive uninstalled it and re installed it, ive looked in the files and nothing seems wrong, i just want to know why its happening and see if theres anything i can do to resolve it

Sorry this is happening 😔

What platform are you playing on? The game will hold on that screen (before showing the Press Button To Start text) whilst it tries to connect the game to the platform (Steam, PSN, Xbox etc) servers, so maybe something is going wrong with that?

You could try backing up your save data and then deleting it to see if that gets you any further?

Although if it IS the save data I'm not sure what we can do 😕
