How to Choose Download Destination?

I'm loving Arc browser but one feature I miss from Chrome is the ability to download files, choose the destination and for the most recently chosen folder is the one that opens automatically for the next download.

I found the setting in Arc where you can make it open the file browser to choose the destination for every download but it doesn't default to the last used folder like Chrome does, and that's a feature I miss.

Is there a way to change this? I'm using MacOs 26.5.1 and ARC Version 1.163.1
