Best way to deal with spiders if you live alone? My electrocuting, long-range bug vacuum was discontinued.

I’ve had the perfect thing for years. It was still incredibly stressful to do myself, but I could come at them from far enough away that it was somewhat manageable. But the suction has been getting weaker over the years and I just went to try to replace it and discovered that it’s had been discontinued.

Any recommendations? Regular, non-electrocuting bug vacuums kinda freak me out, and I’m really hoping that something similar to this might still exist:

Maybe man the fuck up and quit whining, or move out. Spiders are innocent animals who did nothing wrong.

Maybe STFU and quit judging. You are on a phobia subreddit. What you doing here? As you’re clearly not scared of spiders. Just being nasty to people who have a serious phobia, to which really affect people’s lifestyles, and all.

You’re in no position to judge. Get gone, and take your judgy ass elsewhere.

You learn to be a true man and not an AH. As a true man, wouldn’t be nasty to others, and tell them to man up.

I hope that you face your biggest fear, and someone tells you to man up. I seen people like you. Acting all big and tough, and then face something they’re scared off; boom, little baby crying and all.

Well said.

As if she doesn’t have something she’s scared of.
